These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of LotPost ("the Software"), provided by LotPost LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) machine per license key purchased. The license is tied to a single machine. You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute your license key or the Software.
Each license key activates on one machine. To move your license to a new machine, contact support@lotpost.store. We may, at our discretion, reset or transfer a license. Attempting to circumvent license restrictions terminates your license without refund.
This section is important. Read it.
The Software can generate vehicle descriptions using AI. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is posted. We make no warranty regarding AI-generated content.
The Software is sold for a one-time fee as stated at checkout. Because LotPost is digital software delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once your license key has been issued. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from working and our support team is unable to resolve it, contact us at support@lotpost.store within 14 days and we'll make it right.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FACEBOOK OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM, OR THAT IT WILL CONTINUE TO FUNCTION IF THOSE PLATFORMS CHANGE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOUR FACEBOOK OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms or any law.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Privacy Policy explains what information LotPost ("we," "us") collects and how we use it.
%APPDATA%\lotpost\.We use: Stripe (payments), Supabase (license database), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI description generation, if you enable it with your own API key). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. If you enable AI descriptions, the Software sends vehicle data (year, make, model, price, mileage, colors) to Anthropic's API using your own API key; no data is sent to Anthropic unless you explicitly enable AI descriptions.
Vehicle data, settings, and your Anthropic API key (if provided) are stored locally on your computer at %APPDATA%\lotpost\. You can delete this folder at any time to remove all local LotPost data from your machine.
We retain license and email records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@lotpost.store to make a request.
